1. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity (either less or more) to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us.
2. Please be informed that the product should be returned in intact condition. If it is found that the product is Opened/ Used No Cancellation/Refund policy is applicable.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags and label.
4. Products/Items must intact without any damages or changes which may tend to diminish its value and must be unused.
5. Customers to share the dispatch details including the POD, If needed, for tracking of return order.
6. No refund will be processed if customer has accepted the information conveyed during the verification call.
7. Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks of the receipt of returned goods.
8. All order/sub orders cancelled will be refunded as per the payment mode used by the customer except for COD/Cheque pay-mode,where refund shall be processed via cheque/Demand Draft only in the registered name of the customer.
9. No Refund/Cancellation Policy is applicable on any Special Discounted Scheme/Contest Registration/Membership activation in any circumstances.
